Today we are joined by lifestyle coach Shannon Morse for a beautiful conversation about the importance of trusting your inner wisdom, emphasizing collaboration and alignment with personal goals using both scientific and intuitive approaches rather than reliance on external authorities. Sometimes we need to allow ourselves to feel absolutely ridiculous when trusting our senses. Shannon encourages an intuitive approach, offering insights and guidance for those on their own journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Hi, Shannon.

Shannon Morse:

Hello, everyone. Hello, DeeAnne.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

It's all good to be with you today. And I'm so excited to dive in because you and I have had a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other a little bit over the last couple of months, I guess. And it has been amazing. And I just loved it, I just knew I wanted to have you come in as a guest. So you've got some interesting stories. And you've been through some quite some experience that have shifted you and your awakening and led you to the work that you're doing today. So as we typically do, I'd like to invite you to share a bit of your story and catch our audience up on your story and where you are now.

Shannon Morse:

Oh, man. And of course, I really appreciate the question. And I really appreciate the space. So the story, you always have to choose a thread, you know what I mean? So the thread that's coming to me right now is, you know, I grew up in a really unique household, my parents had a four storey Victorian home that was almost like a hotel, it was a hotel at one point in time. And so they rented out all of the rooms, it was three kitchens, six bathrooms, 12 bedrooms, and sometimes they would rent out the floors of this house. And there was always special phenomena that was happening in this house. And so I had this experience growing up, where I just was very accustomed to both feelings of being able to see hear and experience things in my environment, but not really knowing what exactly I was experiencing. And for some people in our house, they were also experiencing them, but it was rather scary for them. And it would come in waves in our home as well. So at certain periods of time, everyone would be experiencing these night terrors, or they would feel someone sitting on their chest, this whole thing. I personally never experienced that. Instead, I found that sometimes when I was with someone that was experiencing that I was rather helping them to move through that experience at a very young age. So that was kind of the beginning. And and I always really felt like a deep knowing of that I am not my body. And I remember looking into my eyes and I was like 13 going like there is no way that that is quote unquote, me. I just don't believe it. Wow. I remember my mom was you know very much into this exploration of her spiritual journey. During this times we had a lot of different teachers that were coming for our home, and they would give seminars. And one teacher that she brought me to, I think it was like eight or nine. She's told me this recently and she said you were given the opportunity to ask that teacher question. And the question that you had was how do we get out of here? And I was like, Well, what did you say? We want to know the answer to that one. And she's like, I don't remember his response, but only remember your question. And that was very, you know, typical for me. So kind of fast forward until where I was 13. And I had my first experience to essentially channel for someone. And I was at an all inclusive resort in Mexico, the Sonoran Desert, matter of fact, which is kind of like Carlos Castaneda vibes and things like that. So I remember Berlin weather last night we were there, I walk up into this to this man never really spoken to him. I don't know really why I'm walking up to him. But I say to him, all hearts are meant to be unbroken, because everyone is beautiful. And he kind of goes, Excuse me, this he's French, French Canadian. And yet, and I was I was 13. And he was like, 30. He's like, can you say that again. And I did. Literally no idea, I was actually a little intoxicated, because my parents that allowed me to drink for life first time that evening. Interesting. And I think I went overboard. But the point is, that, from that experience, we went outside, and we sat underneath the stars. And I just knew that there was this information coming through me for him. And I didn't exactly know where it was coming from. And I didn't really know how, but I didn't really care. It was just coming through me. And I was able to identify when I was essentially, in alignment with the truth of what needed to be shared with him. And when I was out of alignment, it was like this tone shift in my body. And that went on for almost 10 hours of just this whole channeling experience for this individual. And I remember it it went on through the night until like six in the morning. And that day our family was leaving, we were driving back from Mexico to Arizona. And and that was the last family trip that we had had. Because then my parents divorced. And somehow, inside of all of this experience, my parents ended up divorcing as a result of a spiritual understanding that my mom had. And my story was that spirituality caused pain and suffering in my family.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Woohoo. I'm just I got chills hearing that. Because I think that happens to a lot of people where they think that their intuition or that connection with spirituality actually caused them harm. And so they shut it out or shut it off. And lots of us do that. So thank you continue. I just wanted to I just really wanted to spend a minute in that, because that is really profound. Yeah. Thank you.

Shannon Morse:

Yeah, I think it deserves the minute for sure. Because we do we create the story. And then that story is the vibrational frequency of what we choose to do. And now I'm really grateful for that story. Yeah. And I essentially relate it to now I've had that experience. And then I had the experience of the opposite of closing it down of, you know, really kind of almost becoming like blind, I guess. Yeah. So that that communication that's coming through. And then, about 10 years ago, it started to open up. And about eight years ago, I consciously opened it up again. Wow. And then that's been a very cool ride, especially with the conscious understanding of like, I've had this, why did I shut that down? Right. And then moving into testing the waters and going, well, what if I do this thing over here? And if I do that over there, and, and going, Oh, my God, this is familiar. And I recognize the stealing. And I recognize this experience, and oh, wait a second, this happened. This was actually very natural for me at one point, I have an O. So that's been that kind of unfolding. And only maybe in the last three years have I really kind of step fully into like, okay, you know, I have these player experiences, and I'm having fun with them, and also just being in such deep gratitude for being in flow without awareness. Oh, I love this.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

So question for you, you know, you went through that process of uncovering where you had shut it off, you know, believing that spirituality had destroyed your family in a way, right. And so how did you come back to it? Because I know that people are probably sitting there wondering like, Well, how did you open it up again? Or how did you come to realize that you had shut it down in the first place? Can you fill us in a little bit on that? Maybe?

Shannon Morse:

Yes, probably in my like, right. And when I turned 30 or so, I had a call from an ex boyfriend where I had had a traumatic miscarriage for him. And it was also an abusive relationship. So I had a call from him kind of out of the blue and it had been six years since I'd ever heard from him and he just felt like he needed to call the sound of his voice triggered PTSD in me. And I found myself having visual relapses for about 48 hours. I've seen myself in a bathtub with blood. Wow. I had never experienced anything like that. And I was like, like, first of all, why? Our human experience is so wild. And the second of all, like, Well, I'm not enjoying this experience. So, you know, how do we heal from something that was obviously stored, I thought that I had done work to heal from that. And I had intentionally done work to heal from that. But evidently, there was still more. So I found a practitioner who was doing quantum healing. And it she combined it with with light therapy, while light use in the meridian lines. And so with working for me with him, he actually and I went to him for a couple of sessions and or within two sessions, and really his modality is you go in, you talk about, you know, the experience, you're having just to give him an idea. And then there's no more talking. It's only energy work. And it's only energy work through light and through intentionality working in the quantum field. Wow. And the after the second time, within like a week period, my ex boyfriend called me again, and I was neutral. Wow. And I was like, oh, wait a second. I saw that. Yeah, I was like, how did that was the opposite of neutral. It was very opposite of neutral prior. And so then I decided that I was going to learn more about this point and healing. You know, this is incredible. I can't believe that that was Mike results. And then I ended up studying with him for about a year. Wow. And during that time, he was the one who actually invited me and tested my logical brain to said, you know, why don't you just channel? You've done it before, right? Why don't you just channel? And I was like, nah, nah, I can't do that. And I remember in that moment, me feeling so resisted. And I knew exactly the moment that I had kind of placed there almost like a block. And it had to do with my father. And we kind of worked through that. And I went home, and I went to the ocean. And I got my recorder, and I just started to go. Let's try this out real quick.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Wow.

Shannon Morse:

And that was the first time I opened up and I just started to channel. And since then, it's probably been, I don't know how, I don't know how many hours of channeling like hundreds of hours.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Wow, amazing. So, you know, I want to go back to your like haunted Victorian house story a little bit before we get into some more, you know, pieces. And the reason is because I'm had a few haunted type of experiences. And I want to share one in particular, because it was quite profound for me, and it's a little funny as well. So I, I had just moved back to Edmonton. I'd been living in Calgary here in Alberta. And I moved back to Edmonton. And I found a beautiful condo that had been rent owed. And I just loved it. It was in this beautiful brick building downtown, like it had such a cool vibe to it. And I moved in there. And for some reason, I couldn't go in one of the bedrooms, it just felt really dark and heavy. And it just felt something was just not sitting right about it. But regardless, I just left the room empty. Basically, that room was just like an empty room. And eventually, I started to have these experiences in there. And things would come flying out of the cupboard literally, at random times, I would wake up in the middle of the night after having some nightmarish dream and my room would be freezing cold. So as I started to research, I found out that that property was one of the stops on the Halloween haunted tour. And that's so if I bought a house or con on one of these homes that was actually renowned for its hauntings. And this was before I really even understood I still had a lot of blocks around mediumship you know, I'd gone through my career in EMS feeling spirits come on with me, but being like really creeped out about it. So my, my mum came with her friend from the church, and they brought their rosaries, and they brought their holy water and they came and they bless the space. And I didn't have any issues after that, but I did sell it so that that house went, but I want to share. There's something about this idea that, you know, we can be in a space, and we can have these energetic influences. And I think people go into this fear mode. And when we go into the fear mode, that's when we get the spirits like pressure on the chest and then we feel like we're under attack of some sort. But curious to know, what do you think it was that made you not fear that because I think that's a really big issue for a lot of people. I think a lot of people sit in fear around all of this stuff. And so they just Stay away from it, not realizing that that fear actually makes them more vulnerable. So do you think there was something that you knew or something you did that made? You know, you were protected? What was that maybe about?

Shannon Morse:

I love that question of, I had a number of really interesting experiences in that house. Like it kind of spans all types of phenomena, you know. But I was also born in the house. That was my brother. And our placentas are buried in the backyard. So it kind of feels like this whole that if a home is going to be like, quote, unquote, yours, yeah, stamped with your energy. It really felt like that was so I think for most individuals, when they feel an energy that isn't a part of like their, you know, their illness, like their territory. I was, like, Yeah, this is my house. Like, if anything's energy in here, it's fine. But that's not to say that there weren't times in the house where I had certain experiences where it was energy that I was not accustomed to, that I didn't feel like a sense of, you know, the whole hair sticking up on the back of your neck and that whole experience. But what I find really fascinating about, you know, growing up in a house, where it's not just you in an apartment by yourself, or even with one other person who like maybe isn't as sensitive as you and doesn't necessarily feel it. What's wild about this particular house is that everyone knew what we were talking about. Yeah. And even there was this floor, that's the top floor, there's a it was our TV room for a period of time, and the lights to turn off the there was a lamp. Yeah. So lamp and a chair. And then the lamp was at the corner of the far corner of the room, furthest corner from the door. And so of course, when you wanted to turn off the light, there was no light switch on the wall, you had to turn off that lamp and then walk to the door. And what's really funny about this is that no one talks to each other about the feeling that when they turn that light off, there was always someone walking out with them. Wow. And it wasn't until much later that I had like lunch and you know, caught up with some of our past roommates. And they were like, oh, yeah, every single time I was in that room, I was always being followed by some sort of energy. And I would race myself to the

DeeAnne Riendeau:

I know, feeling as a kid, I remember being in a few basements, in different homes and things like my auntie used to have a house and and it was definitely haunted. And like, I literally was like, running up the stairs as fast as I could, because I could feel this energy. And for some reason, once I got to the main floor, it's like it didn't come. It was like it's stalling the door.

Shannon Morse:

Yeah, fascinating ing it is, but to what you're speaking to, which is around the fear. Because I definitely believe that too. And I think that's just the frequency that we are engaging in with life. In general, if we come into anything with a space of fear, there's going to be an A balance, and energetic balance that's going to be in relationship to that. And so if we come into it with a sense of like, like, nothing can hurt me, I'm always protected. I am Love and therefore you are love and that emanates from that then that has will have a different balance that is snappier.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Yes, thank you for adding that in there. Because I think that here, here's the thing that we know, we know that most energies that come in that maybe give us the heebie jeebies are actually not coming in to cause us any harm. And so, and like 99.9% of the ghosts that I've had to clear at homes and spaces, they just needed love. They just needed us to shine our light on them and say it's okay, you can go, you know, here's a hug, here's some love. And so you don't actually often see those more demonic type of cases where there's like possession and things like that. Those are actually very, very, very seldom. And so, you know, know this, for those of you listening that have had ghostly experiences, just know that most of the time they just need you to say, It's okay. I love you. Here's some love wrapped them in it. And most of the time, that's enough to optimize them and either free them from the space, or they just step back and say, Okay, I've been seen and heard I'm good now. Thank you. Right. So, so I think that's, I think that's important for people to know, the other thing that I want to bring to the surface and that is, you know, when we feel afraid, there's this beautiful opportunity to actually lean into it. To actually allow ourselves to just say, Hey, I see you fear and rather than seeing the fear as this like big ugly beast, one of my invitations is to see the fear as some like cute little cartoon character, you know, like, what is it some paper from Bambi? I don't know why that image is coming to my head, but I can see them for thumping in bed. So you know that then the fear doesn't have as much weight to it. Like, I find that it just lightens. And I'm like, Okay, you're actually a lot more innocent than I thought. And then we start to have compassion for the fear. And then we start to learn, oh, what is this fear actually about? And usually, the fear is there to say, hey, there's something for you to heal or learn or grow from?

Shannon Morse:

Yeah, I love it.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

So, so tell us, what are some of the things that you feel that you wish you would have known? As you went through your process? You know, once you've had that quantum healing, and that it opened you up, you know, what would have been helpful for you to know, that would have just allowed you to feel, I don't know, more grounded in your journey more peaceful in a journey? Anything that comes up for you?

Shannon Morse:

Oh, I love the question. Because I think there's elements now where it was such a beautiful unfolding, you know, so I'm looking back on and kind of going, I don't know if I could have controlled it any other way. And have it be, you know, a different kind of experience, because it was really one layer on top of another on top of one another. And that was really just the first piece. And you know, from there kind of went into things of psychometry, and mediumship. And kind of just understanding all of these sensitivities that we have with the unseen realms. But with that, I think what the most interesting thing about that has been how it interacts with riddle, real life. Yeah, in the sense where I think, you know, when some people think about mediumship, it's almost like it comes into a box, right? It's a box, you know, hey, it's feeding energy of individuals that have passed over. But what if there is no box? And what if it's just reading energy that exist in a field that doesn't correspond with our five senses? And so if we're able to read energy that doesn't correspond with our five senses, then we're using other senses? And how often are we tuning into that, or we're not tuning into it. And I think that was more the really beautiful unfolding is that there is so much more going on. And when we are just allowing ourselves to, and I actually talk about this in the book, or that this is the vocabulary that came through in this book that was channeled recently, which was that sometimes we have to allow ourselves to feel absolutely ridiculous.

Shannon Morse:

Ah, sometimes we have to allow ourselves to feel absolutely ridiculous.

Shannon Morse:

Mm hmm. I like that a lot.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

I gotta tell you, you know, coming from corporate and being seen as this successful, you know, person, when I started to lean into the Whoo, space, by I did, I felt ridiculous. And sometimes even still, as I'm doing a reading, something comes in, it feels ridiculous. You know, and so I really love that permission slip.

Shannon Morse:

Absolutely. Yeah. I think the the eye it comes back to me all the time, one of my mentors who is a medium based out of London, he said this one time, and I was like, Daniel, this is the best. He said, Imagination is clairvoyance. And I was like, Well, that just simplifies so much for me. Yeah, isn't it? Yes. It's like, wow. And so that ridiculousness is that experience of like, all the things that you think are happening in your imagination, are actually insights that are just dropping in for you. Right? And then the more that we can be like, Oh, yes, I hear that insight, I'm going to give voice to it. I'm going to give attention to it. I'm going to, you know, intentionally focus my energy there, receive it fully give it to where it needs to be given, and then move on, then it starts to build that.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

This I love that you're bringing this up, because it is something I teach my students when they're like, I can't see anything. I'm struggling like, Well, what did you do when you were a kid? You do what did you imagine? What did you write and then it's all of a sudden they're like, oh, oh, I am seeing Oh, okay. And so this idea of imagination, I want to spend a moment on if that's okay, because, you know, so many of us, we shut that down as we come into output, right? We dream less and less, you know, yes, we might get visions for certain things and ideas about how we want to move forward in the future. But for the most part, we shut down a major piece of our imagination. And that is the ridiculousness, you know, imagining flying through the sky, you know, and allowing ourselves to lean into that. Now, there are two aspects, though, to imagination I want to bring to the surface because there's the egos imagination, and then there's Divine Imagination. And so the discernment between the two is important to everybody. So that's why I want to bring that up, because the ego will bring up scenarios of discomfort, and pain, and all of those things. And one of the things that I, I really struggled with when I was younger, I had a series of deaths around me when I was in high school. And so there was about 15 people in a span of two years. So it was quite intense, you know, families, brands, like people that I loved. And I started thinking, Oh, well, I'll prepare myself for the next death by imagining it. And so I would lay in bed, I know, it's torturous, I would literally lay in bed. And I would imagine that all the people that I loved dying, and I would let myself ball, it was like I was pre grieving, in order to prepare myself for their actual death. And as I've, as I've grown, I've learned that allowing myself to go, there might have been a bit of a coping mechanism. But at the same time, you know, I think about Eckhart Tolle, who says, You cannot deal with the future, it has not happened yet. And so here, I was allowing my system to go through probably hundreds of deaths, not just the ones in real time, but hundreds of deaths over and over and over again. And, and I recognize how far down that was sinking my frequency, because I was letting that ego mind come in and say, everyone's gonna die around you, everyone you care about, right? And I played into that. So I felt compelled to share that. And I no longer do that, by the way, everybody, but it almost was a habit for me. And it was almost like part of my mechanism. So I'm grateful for it in a way. But that was my ego coming in. So just again, to remind the audience of that discernment between the ego coming in and be like, well, that scenario is going to go so bad. You know, if you've got something coming up or meeting with a boss, you know, we create those stories. But which stories? Are you keeping? The night I had a dear friend, Sandra, Griff, she says, You can't always control what pops into your mind. But you can control what you decide to keep. Yes. And so for me, becoming more aware and conscious of what those thoughts are, what those imagination pieces are, allows me to say, oh, no, not going there. Thank you very much. I want to keep myself in the field of that higher resonance and frequency, so that I'm manifesting more of what I want instead of what I don't want.

Shannon Morse:

Yes, wow. It's such a that's a very, very important distinction. And I appreciate you bringing it back to that, because it's helping me to kind of consider, like, what does feel like tapping into the field of energy and what feels like the ego playing? It's in drama out? Right? And I would say I almost want to kind of like identify what it feels like in my body. Because I think when the ego is doing a thing, it has almost like a purpose and a function. And it makes sense in a way. Yeah. Where it's like when I'm tapping into the field that I would imagine, like when I've had readings from you, too, it's like, there's no way that you could know some of this stuff to you. You're kind of like, so there's this older man, I'm not really sure he's wearing a toga, there's a tree and does this make any sense to you? You know, and so, I think that's the thing. It's like, it seems it might feel like imagination. Right? I remember I was with this group of gals. And this is also experience that weed gets way into the book. And I was sitting next to a woman never met her before in my life. And actually five other women I had never met before my life and it was, you know, 20 minutes and and I just kept seeing this energy that was yellow with pearls on and it felt like her grandmother. And I'm sitting here kind of going like, what are you gonna say like, Hey, did your grandmother were pearls unless you were you. I don't know you. But you know, this is what's happening right now. So finally, it's so loud. Like, the energy of this woman is so loud and I just look at her and I'm like, does your grandmother wear pearls on your mom's side? And she's like, yes, but it was like, does she like yellow? Yeah, it's okay. We'll see. It's here. or, and that doesn't make any sense to me. Right, right. So I feel like what it's like an ego, imagination. It's because it's serving a purpose. That makes logical sense, right? So I feel Yeah. What is the clairvoyants? It's like, you're like, I have no idea what this is. But it's something. Yeah. And it feels ridiculous.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Yes. And it feels ridiculous back to that. I love it. It does sometimes feel so ridiculous. I know, I've done readings. And again, it happens all the time. It's like it comes to the surface. Like, it doesn't make any sense to me. But I'm trusting. So speaking of trusting, how have you built that trust muscle for yourself to know that what you're sensing or feeling is good and divine?

Shannon Morse:

That's a beautiful question. There's a frequency, there's a frequency shift. Yeah. And in order for me to identify that frequency shift, my own frequency has to be attuned to a certain date. Yeah. And so when I experienced that, and myself, and this is another thing, just understanding, you know what frequency of information we're pulling in, especially if I'm doing it for someone, I'm always creating the space of like, the divine frequency, and really making sure that what I'm pulling through is for the greatest benefit for them and for all and, and that there's that innate intentionality to it, that's building that frequency for the highest information to come through.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

You can feel that frequency. And I think the problem for most people is they get just caught in their head about it. Right. And I think you're feeling the frequency in your body as well, aren't you? Is that what I'm hearing? So? Yes, okay. So when, you know, when people are getting these messages, here's the invitation, everybody feel into it, don't think into it, you can't think your way into intuition. You can't think your way there, it doesn't work. And so allowing, sometimes we just need to take a step back, right and regroup. But if we go into our body, you will be able to confirm the frequency of whatever that idea or saw or vision or imagination, it's coming in intuitively. So just circling that back, so people understand. Okay, so I can just talk about the stuff all day, as you know, but I know that you have you created a really incredible business called the Green Door life. And you also have a book that's coming out. So can you share a little bit about the where you're at right now? And how you serve people?

Shannon Morse:

Yeah, thank you for asking. And what's beautiful is that we schedule this podcast, and I didn't even think about the book. And so here we are, and it's epic. So this is fun. It's all in really, really beautiful timing. So the green door life, we are an education platform, first and foremost. And what we're really doing is we're supporting individuals to understand how to listen to their body, first and foremost. And then combine that with the education and the science of nutrition, movement, hormones, mindset, light, all of these things to really kind of get a full compass of like, okay, this is the science that we know we have to work with. And now how does that apply to you as an individual? And are you listening to the signs and signals that your body's already providing for you, because that's really the thing that feels like it's missing in our current rendition of just society in general, we're so used to someone telling us what to do instead of trusting our own inner knowing. And that spans to everything. So we've developed this kind of collaboration and balance between using science and also our body's own bio individual feedback to align with whatever the goal might be. And it's been a really, really cool process. So

Shannon Morse:

Beautiful so with people who are want to go on a weight loss journey, or they've got health challenges that they want to work through like this, this is ideal for them.

Shannon Morse:

Yeah, I mean, that's really where we kind of started, which was more focused on weight loss. Now, I think the majority of us have been so disconnected from understanding what's actually in our food that's becoming the cells of our body when we put it into our body, that there's like, this whole world of this is actually for everyone. Because we can regardless of whether you have a weight loss goal or performance poll, it's like if you want to understand how to have the manual from a nutrition and movement perspective, for your unique ecosystem, that's what we help you to create because you're the only one that can co create it, right? Yes, yes.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Oh, beautiful. Really? What I'm hearing is that you're really helping people to discover their inner technology. such incredible inner technology, both in the three dimensional sense, but in also beyond in other dimensions of consciousness, right in the energetic etheric sense. We have incredible amounts of inner technology. And I think we just forget that we tend to give our power away to the doctor or to the expert in this or the expert in that. And so you really help people to come back into their own knowing and build that trust so that they can really learn from their bodies and know what is best for them. I love that. Yes, I love it.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

So those links are going to be in the, in the show notes. But tell us about this book, because this book is launching, like, like, it's right here.

Shannon Morse:

Yeah, it's right here. The book is titled, it's all within you, and then more of us. And I was told that I was going to write a book by our mentor, one of our mentors in India, we've been working with for about three years, predominantly with Montra. And he has a school, which is the spiritual school, natural School of spiritual sciences. And the way that we connected was very synchronistic and divine in its own right. So he told us in our last trip that I was going to be writing a book and my logical lines that it was going to be about nutrition. And so I was like, Sure, great, we're ready Tricia book can't wait. And he sends us home once a very beautiful altarpiece. It's a Shiva Linga. And if you guys at home listening are not familiar with what a Shiva Linga is. It is a very traditional altarpiece for ceremony in the Hindu cultures where it's balancing Shiva and Shakti, the masculine and feminine to form creation. And he basically told me, I was going to buy this and he told me, I was going to baptize it every day, which means I pour water over a daily and say, I'm on trim. And so I said, okay, because that's what I feel like you say to him, when he tells you, you're gonna do something, then so I bring it home. It's not small, by the way, you guys. It's like a 12 pound anvil. And so it's beautiful. So I start meditating and doing this beautiful ceremony. And then I add in my own sequence of using mala beads, 108 mala beads for this practice. And that was kind of my own intentionality just felt right. Felt ridiculous, but fell, right. And after that, I started to get in guidance that I should start writing at 9pm at night. And so I didn't. And so I sat with my computer, close my eyes, put on some soft music, turned off the lights, and then just opened the gate and started writing. And I didn't know what I was writing. And what it turned into was an expression of consciousness that is basically putting together the alignment of the unity and everything so aligned that it says over and over again, is no division, no separation, it's you. It's me, it's us. No withholding. And what's really interesting about this experience, specifically is that it actually weaves together three different energies writing the book together. Wow. Which is pretty fascinating. So one of the energies feels like it's pulling from some of my memories that I wasn't even conscious of, as it was coming through. The other energies feel like a group of sorts. And then the other felt feels like art collective consciousness. Wow. And somehow, it's just, it's like, my lovely publisher and girlfriend said that it feels like a cosmic braid, being woven together.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Oh, but how beautiful. I'm just imagining this beautiful cosmic braid. And I love that it really was a channeled book annal this book from divine. And so thank you, thank you for the courage to step into that. And to listen to that. And I can't wait to read it. I'm so excited. So thank you for sharing that. So we're also going to put the link for that as well in the show notes, folks, if you're feeling drawn to that powerful book, What will people at the end get out of it? Will they feel more connected with themselves with source? I'm imagining that's the case anything that you want to add to what they might experience or receive in reading the book?

Shannon Morse:

Yeah, it's a beautiful question. My experience so far with individuals who have read read the manuscript. It's different for all of them. But if anything, I invite you to if you do feel called to purchase it or to read it or even listen to it, is just tune into the insights that you Get because I feel like the words are one thing, but there's actually a frequency transmission that's underneath. For many they were left with either a release and I did a soft reading and we had a few people that were crying and they were releasing energies that was moving through them. Some people had insights for how they were going to run their company the next week, like, you know, so it's, it's a transmission. And so it just depends on how it's, you know, activating

DeeAnne Riendeau:

That's just what I needed to hear. Thank you so much. Thank you for being here with me, Shannon. I love spending time with you. And I'm so glad that you could carve out time to come and be with our audience today. So any final words as we wrap things up?

Shannon Morse:

No, this is fine. This is super great. I hope you guys all enjoyed and pulled a little something. And my last words would be like, don't be afraid to be ridiculous.

DeeAnne Riendeau:
