DeeAnne Riendeau:

Hello, Jules.

Jules Anderson:

Lovely to see you again.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

It's so good to be with you in this wonderful episode. And we're gonna dive right in. And you've had quite the healing journey over this last several years over your lifetime, really. And so I'd like you to start us off by sharing a little bit about your story. What did you go through? And how did you end up becoming this coach this mentor for people through that process? So would you take it away?

Jules Anderson:

Absolutely. So I'm gonna go way back into the distant past to 1987. When I went traveling with my partner at the time, and we had an amazing time we left I think we left about the February of that year, and when traveling backpacking all over Europe, and it was just incredible. But round about the September slime, we kind of ran out of money, hey, we're living the good life. And we decided to get the bus in the coach home from Athens to London, because obviously, it's far cheaper than flying. But this journey was going to take us three days on a couch and looking back now and just wondering how I got through this rather than night. That's the journey I got my first year winery tract infection. And at the time, I didn't know what it was. And I was peeing what look like pure blinders. And I was in real real agony. My boyfriend, bless his law eventually snored over Athens to find some antibiotics for me. And I think about two hours later, when you came back with some medication, which helped a little bit, but not really that much. And so, the next morning, we jumped on the couch for three days, and I was just in awful pain. For those of your listeners who have suffered, I sympathize, but they can relate to this. But anyway, for the whole time. I had these infections for the next 30 years. And for all that time, I was chronically ill, I was actually working within the medical profession, and working with some of the top top doctors that we've got in the country. And you know, not one of them could tell me the reason I was getting the infections or actually how to cure them permanently. And so I felt like I was living on medication. I'm Rich, I absolutely hate taking pharmaceutical drugs. And so luckily, one day when I was at work, and I remember the date, it was the first of May 2019. And my life just changed from this day forward. I didn't know this at the time, but I was sitting in my office over lunch just shifting through my email, I was like you do. And I opened this email from Hay House Publishers. And they were promoting a book called celery juice, the most powerful medicine of our time. And it was written by a guy called the Medical Medium who actually I'd never heard of, but luckily I was kind of open to mediums because after my mother died, I started seeing lots of mediums and they really helped me enormously it was so comforting, but anyway, I bought the book and started drinking celery juice. You have to drink it first thing in the morning and it's absolutely disgusting. I'm not gonna lie. Drinking the celery juice, I've cured all these infections, and by this time I had about 15 different chronic illnesses. There's no I put that down to the medication that I was taking all the time. But one of the other chronic illnesses I had was actually rheumatoid arthritis. But within six weeks, all of that had gone. All the infections. And it was just incredible. I always knew that there must have been a natural way to cure these infections, but never really stumbled across it until now. But, but now, I was working in a job that I absolutely had no belief in anymore, because obviously, I lost faith in the medical profession, sadly, and but I was using medical media and tools to help all my patients and coach them back to health. Wow. Just seeing the difference, the celery juice is making people, it was just incredible. And I developed such a passion for coaching people. It was just just amazing. Just watching people get better, over a really short space of time, actually. But I was talking to a patient one day, and she just asked me this question. And she said, Why are you still working in the medical profession when clearly they believe in it anymore? And she wasn't being nasty. She was just being, you know, very curious. And it kind of stopped me in my tracks, because Genova I couldn't think of one single reason that I was still doing this job. And it was really sad. And apart from the fact that I had trained for over six years to be where I was. And I'd been working in this job for over 25 years in the medical profession. I absolutely, I just couldn't think of one reason to stay. But it just got me thinking. And shortly afterwards, I think it was one or two months after I can't remember. I just walked away from that job. I had no, no, no, I was gonna make an income. I just still felt like I was leaving my soul at the door every day, I was going into work. And I just thought I can't do this anymore. So I just completely walked away. And I had no money while I had about two months and one year, but I just put my faith in the universe. So just thought I'm gonna hit the light, or I'm gonna plumb it. So my dad met someone a few months previously, he was a coach with a brief thinking Institute. And it was really hard that encouraged me to sign up to become a life coach, a heart centered life coach. And that's what I did. So today, I've got the job that I absolutely adore. And I'm in the best health of my life. And you know, it was funny, because that's mine, that I was kind of transitioning out of my career. I kept hearing and seen a quote by Henry David Thoreau. And I even heard it, I heard it about three times. And then I just switched on a podcast with Wayne Dyer. And he was actually telling someone who'd phones into his podcast, this exact quote, and it's incredible. But the quote is, If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life that he has imagined, he will meet with success, unexpected in common hours. And I absolutely love that quote, it's really stuck with me all this time. And it's incredible. So that one day of opening, the email just completely changed my life.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

This is the magic of when Spirit calls, you know, we just don't even know whether it's an email, whether it's a new person that we run into the impact that it can have. And I love that you were called to that I love that you leaned into that, and you thought I'm gonna give this a go. I've tried all these other things. And how beautiful is it that your healing journey in getting your physical health back together, led you to this beautiful path of coaching and supporting others in a way that felt so enriched for you, that you just knew that you had to leave that career and create this whole new life for yourself. So congratulations, and thank you for being courageous because it does take a great deal of courage to be able to walk from one path that we thought was the path and go to another. And I think this speaks a bit to this idea that, you know, we might have one vision of where we want to go at one point in time. And eventually that vision or that dream changes so quickly. And for you it was quick for other people might be slow and be more of a slow paced transition. But the point being, you know, there's there's a quote that comes up quite often when I'm doing readings for people, and it comes from some some of the Linda house teaching and Linda Howe is a teacher of the Akashic records and it is yesterday's triumph and commitment It may be today's heavy burden. And isn't that interesting. And so it reminds us that we can change our dreams, we can change our path we can, we can, as we continue to evolve, we can refine that path as well to ensure that it's in full alignment. And you know, that quote that you just shared is really that it's stepping into our most divine path. And then noticing all the resources and the provisions that are needed to stay the divine path become available to us. And so there's a deep level of trust that you got to obviously lean into with this. So thank you for trusting the process. So

Jules Anderson:

I didn't have any money, I just discovered that I could take a lump sum out of my pension, which is what I did. A few weeks later, I had, you know, all this money that I could invest into my dream to become a coach and as university if you trust it, wow, just doesn't and it's just incredible.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Where there's a will there's a way isn't there Jules, you know.

Jules Anderson:

So when you commit your dream, there's a whole stream of events that come from that decision, and all manner of unforeseen incidents, as we were just saying meetings and material assistance just appear that you would never have dreamt possible. Is

DeeAnne Riendeau:

You know, it's so true, because when I let go of a company, I used to own another another company called your holistic Earth. And, you know, at one point, I got to cross wood, do I want to keep running this company? Or do I want to go to the spiritual teachings, spiritual practices that I had also been leaning into. And that fork in the road. I mean, it called me to the spiritual side, it called me to doing that work, even though it was met with some judgment and ridicule. And it was the best gift I gave myself, you know, gifting my old company away and stepping into my spiritual path and my teaching, it was like the floodgates opened, they really did. And it took a little bit of the right help and the right guidance, but everything showed up the teachers I needed, showed up the mentors, I needed the money that I needed, just started to pour in. And you know, I've talked about this little meme before, where there's an image of this little girl who is probably about seven years old, and she's holding this little teddy bear. And in front of her is Jesus hiding this giant teddy bear behind him. And he's gesturing for to handle with a little teddy bear. Because if she lets go, the little teddy bear, she makes room for the big teddy bear. And so this idea that letting go of your old career, which was the little teddy bear, it really has opened up this world for you to really step in. And so leaning back into that trust and and allowing your dream to come to fruition, and it might not feel that easy. But once we really lean in the right people, the right opportunities will come to support that. And as long as we can have that faith that trust in that, then we have more access to all of those resources. It's when we come into doubt, and we think, oh, where's the money gonna come from? Oh, my gosh, how am I going to make this work? I don't know, maybe I'm not capable. As soon as we go into doubt, it's actually almost like a block. Right? It stops us from being able to receive the resources. So it sounds to me like you've really leaned into this jewels wholeheartedly.

Jules Anderson:

More happier, I know, it's just so full of people, you know, transform their lives in a way they would never have imagined. It's just, it's just amazing,

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Isn't it so fulfilling? So, in other words, you're filling your soul bank right now. And I often tell my clients, you know, fill your soul bank, the money bank will fill and

Jules Anderson:

reading with your hearing judge.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

There you go, you remember so, you know, keep trusting in other words, for all those out there that, you know, are worried about that, because I will tell you that having these roles where we really truly feel fulfilled in like, we are really truly on purpose. I think it's it's worth it's worth the discomfort of letting go of the attachment to money and stuff and all of those things. And once we do that, it's just like, they just start to magnetize towards us. So tell me how you now help your people because, you know, obviously you're helping people in life and helping them to maybe leave a profession or career that isn't serving them anymore. And so what are some of the fundamentals that you would bring people through in terms of making those life changing decisions, but having the courage Do that at the same time. So would you share with us a bit of what that looks like,

Jules Anderson:

So I've run a 12 week program, and it's kind of split into four phases. So the first phase is the blueprinting phase. And this is where we really define your dream. And then we get to test your dream. And we explored the sense of deserving, as the famous maxwell maltz said, we can never outperform our self image, but we can change it. And then the second phase is the bridging phase. So it really goes into be friends and your fear. And your learn. The fear is simply feedback, as we've just spoken about, it's just the signs of signals of growth. And it's really, when you feel fear it, you just know that you're coming out of your comfort zone, and it breaks, then, you know, that's what we all should be doing, isn't it, and then we deep dive into forgiveness, and the ability to shift our perception. And, yeah, it's just all about forgiving people. And it's just such a healthy way forward. And then this third phase is the building phase where we develop your intuition, but also create a support system. And I share with my clients the importance of having partners in believing. Because we, you know, we can't do things alone, it's never solid, you need a support system around us. Luckily, I've got the most amazing partner, but I've also built up like a mastermind groups that I have for other coaches, and we kind of all support each other. And then the final phase, phase four is the becoming phase, and go discover the real gift of the dream building program. And it's really the journey, and most importantly, who the client becomes, in the process.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Hmmm beautiful so all of those, oh, they just all sound so robust and juicy. You know, it seems like in every phase, you really move mountains.

Jules Anderson:

Absolutely. But this program, the coaching program was actually created by Mary Morrissey. Okay, but she developed this program, it's been developed over the last 40 plus years. So it's a proven reliable, repeatable system of transformation. That's been changing 1000s and 1000s of lives. And also mine because when I was training, I went through the program as well. But Mary's such a highly respected mentor in personal development. She's an expert. It's teaching universal laws and principles, wow. Bacon at the United Nations. She's worked with the Dalai Lama, she's met Nelson Mandela, and she's awesome. But in the program, she really brings together many of the great teachings of both the metaphysics and manifestation in a way that's accessible, really spiritual and compelling, as well says, the program is just amazing.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

It's beautiful that you've, you've gone through the experience now, and now you're sharing it with the world. And I think that's the invitation for most of us is, you know, taking our life experience and what we've learned along the way, and what we've used as our tools to be able to take that then and share that with others. I think that's a, you know, such a key for all of us. You know, I have a lot of clients who will come to me and they'll say, Why am I going through this experience right now? And I oftentimes say, well, you're getting your PhD in life and what you're supposed to be doing, you know, our experiences are these directional signposts to say, Hey, pay attention, what you're going through is part of the education as part of the growth so that you can step more deeply into your divine purpose. Yeah, so that being said, you know, if someone's listening today, Jules, and they're like, Okay, I really, I want to lean into this, I don't really know where to start, do you have any tips or suggestions of what they can do?

Jules Anderson:

Through the first step I take my clients through actually is writing out their vision statements. And this is kind of the blueprints the energetic blueprints of building the dreams. So just like when you build your own house, you find an archetype to design the blueprint. So it's the same for your dream. And I'd love to share with your listeners some key components to use when designing your vision. Lovely. If time allows do yes, indeed, we've got all the time. So I'm going to invite everyone just to close your eyes for a minute. And just imagine that you've stepped into a time machine and you're racing through years into the future, and everything has worked out and you're living the life of your dreams. So what would you love, to be to do to give to create and we include all the four domains in this so health and fitness lover really Shouldn't chips vacation, creative expression time and money freedom, and just allow your imagination to run wild and be as vivid as possible. And notice there may be a tendency to dream according to what feels possible based on your current circumstances, and conditions. So I invite you to lean further into what you would love. If money education, gender and other conditions were not really a factor. And I would suggest if you're having a hard time identifying what you would love, not everyone knows what their dream is. Just use your longings and discontent that you've currently got into your life, to just move you forward. And now just open your eyes. And I'm going to invite you to generate a state of gratitude. And then afterwards, I just encourage your listeners to write start writing down the vision statements, but puts at the top of the page. I'm so happy and grateful now that

DeeAnne Riendeau:

And so, I'm gonna say that again. I'm so happy and grateful. Now that

Jules Anderson:

I'll share some key components to use when you're writing out your vision statement, because it's really important to know these so just Yeah. All starts with gratitude for living a life that you absolutely love. And I suggest you write the statements in the present tense as if you're living that life now. So as Mary says, you can't get to your dream you have to come from your dream. And use positive words words of vibrational energy, don't use any negative words, but replace, like for example, pain free with I feel vibrant and healthy in my body and you're in debt just right, I have zero credit balances, just heard the word debts in your vision statement, but including motions to match the vibration of your dream. And what I would suggest is being very specific think of the difference between the statements I travel often. And compare this to I'm in Paris, enjoying a delicious croissants and smelling the coffee that I'm carrying and holding while walking down towards the Eiffel Tower. It's such a difference, isn't it?

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Yes, indeed. And so really allowing that emotion and allow yourself to tune into song your senses,

Jules Anderson:

And the smell, the sight, the feeling. And also another example is cashing a check for lots of money, versus the statement of cashing a check for 100,000 pounds, we need to get definite with the universe so they get definite with us. And lastly, I'm going to encourage the listeners to close with the statement this or something even better still,

DeeAnne Riendeau:

this or something even better, still.

Jules Anderson:

And it's like holding your hands out to the universe and inviting salting battery into your life. I always ask my clients to send me their statements, so I can calibrate their vision. But really, I really encourage your listeners to write down their vision statements. And once they've done that, then we can go on to testing your dream. Five questions to ask when you're testing your dream. The first one is does my dream give me more life? Does it make me feel alive and happy? And also does my dream align with my core values? So if your core values are compassion, courage, creativity, honesty, then your dream should definitely align with all these values. And does my dream requires me to grow? Does it allow me to come out of my comfort saying there? And does my tree require help from a higher power that allowed us my dream had good in it for others? And as Richard Branson one of my heroes always says, if your dream doesn't scare you, it's not big enough.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

And I think I think that's sometimes a hesitancy I think sometimes, you know, we allow ourselves to stay small, right? Because it's like, oh, that seems that seems a little bit intense or a little scary, right? And so we scale our dream back.

Jules Anderson:

Actually, most people really so sad. Right?

DeeAnne Riendeau:

It is, you know, I think I think we leave a lot of our dreams on the table. So I just want to recap that because there's so much in there and I really want to make sure that the audience can receive that because you've just given us a beautiful processes here. And so Oh, you know, in the vision statement, it can be like a page long joules, you're not

Jules Anderson:

One page, it could be 25 Pages for whatever you want whatever feels good for you.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Beautiful

Jules Anderson:

I would tell people to put as much detail into house.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Yeah, as the Lord's tell the better. Yeah, yeah. So we're gonna start a vision statement with I am so happy and grateful now that, okay, well, it's starting with gratitude, you talked about making sure you put it in present tense as though it's already all happened. We're avoiding using negative words. And we're working towards really including the emotion and tuning into our senses, almost as though we're putting ourselves there in that moment, in that experience, to feel connected to that energy, that vibration. And, folks, this is a major, major aspect of manifestation. So if you're really ready to manifest something in your life, this is a wonderful place to begin. And you also mentioned being very specific and detailed. So the more specific you are, the more that the universe can provide you with what you want. And it brings to my memory. You know, I had set an intention several years ago, I had a car payment, and I wanted to pay off my car. And so I had written on part of my visioning, that, you know, I would get my car paid off, but I didn't say how or what the process was going to be to pay it off. I just said, I just want to acquire the money to pay the car off. Well, once you know, a few days later, a few weeks, perhaps I don't recall now, how long the gap was from the time I set the vision to the time this happened. But I got sideswiped in that vehicle. And it was a minor incident. But guess what the payout was the exact amount that I had left to pay off on the vehicle. And so I wasn't specific about what would happen or how that would come necessarily. And sometimes we don't know the how, but I could have been more specific to say, you know, I'm going to acquire the money, you know, through a gentle means. So, you know, that's just kind of a silly story to kind of remind us that the more specific we are, even if we don't know the how we're gonna do that. But the more specifically are in terms of, oh, I want X amount of dollars. And I want this specific, you know, view or this specific experience, the more that the universe can line things up for us to receive that. If we're not clear on that. It's kind of like, we're, we're just okay, well, we'll see how this goes right, flying by the seat of our pants. So it gives us a little bit more of the structure that can help us in the manifestation.

Jules Anderson:

I always teach people to suspend the how the most still people on the planet just go for their dream, without knowing how they're going to fulfill it. So

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Sometimes the How can actually hold us back, right? Because it's like, well, I don't know what that looks like, Well, how am I going to? How am I going to come up with million dollars? I don't know. Right? And so then again, we we squash the dream. So I think that was that's why that needed to come up so that we could speak to that. Don't worry so much about the how everybody, but just be specific about the intention, and maybe more about the energy of how that's going to show up not so much how to actually get there. And then you finish the statement with this or something even better. Yes, this or something even better. And I think you added a steal to that as well. And so there we go. Now we've got our vision statement. And then you brought in these five questions to then so to speak, test out your vision. Does my dream give me more life? Yes. Does my dream align with my core values? Yes. Does my dream require me to grow? Because we know that as part of it, does my dream require help from beyond? Right? And does my dream do good for others? So what a beautiful process that is so powerful, what a great tool, Jules, that you've just gifted everybody listening today, that I think is going to really help myself included and all of those listening to really lean into your dream.

Jules Anderson:

Because, I mean, most people live a life by default and they go through life not really thinking about what they want to do. It's like very condition driven instead of visionary well, which is a shame because you know, everyone dies, but not everyone truly lives. Not everybody wants a lip anyways.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Yes, and deed, I think this is so beautiful. And I think I, I know, I feel inspired and I think our listeners will feel inspired to. So thank you so much for sharing this process and bringing us to this conversation. I love these nuggets of inspiration for us to continue leaning into our dreams. So Jules, I know that now, you know, in addition to running this program, you actually have a few like workshops that you run, and you've got some free complimentary workshops that you offer people. And so we're gonna put some information in the show notes. But did you want to chat about that, that offering?

Jules Anderson:

So I do two free vision workshops each month, just to help people you know, with their visions and other tools. So I teach people three tools to help you achieve your goals and dreams, you'll learn greater clarity on your goals and dreams, you'll gain greater clarity on your goals and dreams, sorry, and you'll feel even more confident in your ability to transform your life. So that's the intention of the workshops, and I loved your listeners there.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Beautiful. So we'll put that in the show notes that can that link will bring them right there. And they can register themselves for that. And how long is that workshop Jules.

Jules Anderson:

It's an hour long, I'm just developing a three hour long workshop because I want to give people more information to take away and help them more. So at the moment, it's now in the coming months. I'm gonna offer a three hour workshop.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

I think that's a life changing hour, that's for sure. So for those of you listening, if you feel the call and you want to feel that clarity, that inspiration that spark ignited within you, please go ahead and reach out to Jules click on those links that we have in the show notes for you to get signed up for that. Jules This has been so wonderful to spend time with you I loved hearing your story and your journey about when spirit called you in and I'm so overjoyed that you chose to listen to the call. Thank you so much for being here. Any final words as we parted ways today,

Jules Anderson:

I would encourage all your listeners to write out their vision statement, we've all got our dreams, so just make a decision to go for it. The world famous Bob Proctor said this there is a single mental move you can make, which in a millisecond will solve enormous problems for you. It has the potential to improve almost any personal or business situation you will ever encounter. And it could literally propel you down the path to incredible success. We have a name for this magic mental activity, and it's called decision. I would commit commit to your dream make a decision to go for it. And also go to the German philosophers got a great quote and he said whatever you can do, or dream you can do begin it. Because Boldness has genius power and magic in it.

DeeAnne Riendeau:

Oh, beautiful words of wisdom. Thank you so much. What a wonderful way to end today's today's talk. Thank you everyone for listening. Thank you, Jules for being part of this show. We so appreciate it. And until next time, we will be back again in a couple of weeks with a new episode and look forward to having you back then. Thank you so much, Jules by everybody.
